Subject: OKC SOLARPANELS Customer-Focused Business
Mark & Pat:
I want to thank you for your outstanding customer service and your non-stop effort to satisfy your customers and support the products you sell.
Your products are an excellent value and your ability to keep the customer satisfied and informed at all levels on the status of the sale. You also step up to the plate when things go wrong which you do not control to keep the customers satisfied. You always keep the customer in focus to make sure they are satisfied with the products you sell.
Today, most business(s) only focus on sales and not customer focused issues, like satisfaction with the products purchased, responding to issues promptly and making sure the customer is satisfied at any and all costs.
Your business model of keeping the customer satisfied at any cost is a model that doesn’t exist with most companies and I’ve experienced problems with many companies in my career as a mechanical engineer and now as the director of facilities management responsible for a million sq ft healthcare facility. We deal with approximately $30 million a year in procurement of various products from chillers, to high tech high cost medical equipment, and I can tell you that no one in this industry keeps the customer in focus the way you do.
I can’t even find the words to express my thanks to you and your company for the excellent services you have provided me on my purchase and feel free to use me as a reference for your company.
The latest products you’ve provided are some of the best solar collectors I’ve ever seen.
Once again thanks for everything.

Today has been a cloudy day so I thought I would test the collectors for leaks. I hooked up the pipe in basement coming off cold side of collectors to my cold water supply and sealed off the other end. I pressurized up the system and went outside. Checking for leaks and tighten some joints. I was only outside for 10 to 15 minutes. I went back into the basement and took off the plugged hot end of copper line. Dam that water was so hot I burned my finger. The water was draining on the floor with steam coming off it. I could not believe how hot that water was only in 15 minutes or so. It was way to hot to take a bath in I mean steaming hot. I let it run for a while and turned the water supply down so it was with a steady slow stream and draining on the basement floor. I let it run for 1 hour and it was still bath water hot. I had cold 55 degree from my well going in one end and hot coming out the other for over 1 hour until I finally put the cover back on the collectors and turned off the water. I will admit I was a bit skeptical about how much hot water the system would deliver until today. I am firmly convinced now!! I mean I cant believe the hot water those collectors put out and I was not even using a closed loop. I had a constant cold water going in one side and let the other side drain out on floor and it was still very bath water hot and even on a cloudy day. Dam it I am impressed!!!! Now I think I may have a problem. I am thinking I am going to have too much hot water not saying that is a bad thing but I am afraid it is going to blow out the hot water heater releive valves with steam constantly. Or maybe I will have to cover one of the collectors to keep the heat down. Is there a solution for to much hot water? Can I plumb in my regular hot water heater into this system some way so I can circulate my 50 gallon hot water heater into the 60 gallon storage tank to heat both tanks at once? I have no doubt it will heat both tanks easily and then will have hot water to spare? I never thought in a thousand years I would have to much hot water but now that thought is in my mind and do not know what to do with the excess. Anyway I am now a firm believer in solar hot water it really works and works great every home should have one. Mr Leary did call me and I gave you a excellent reference and that was before I hooked up my system today and if he was to call now I would tell him how dam hot the water gets and how great this system works.
